Two nights ago, I was trying to price out some changes, and the site was "down" for almost 6 hours. Beyond frustrating!

We too had difficulty booking online. DH did it and got the Processing - Da not hit the back button for like an hour +. He opened another screen to check his email and the confirmation of our booking was there already,with a confirmation number. The Disney site was still chugging on. When it finally finished it was the same number as on the email. I think the site has too many bugs and they changed to it before the bugs were fixed.
