Water Parks & More?

If we add the Water Parks and more pass, it says that for each day, we can do one thing- Disney Quest, the waterparks, mini golf, etc. 

does it use up one park pass day to do so? Ie- if we have a 6 day park pass, and use a water park pass on our down day, would it knock us down to 5 park passes, or stay at 6 (or whatever it's at by then)?

i started looking at the price to go to one of the water parks, and it would be over $150 for 3. It's only $70 to add it to our park passes total. 

I am hoping to plan for 1 down day, but it might be nice to spend part of a day at one of theat parks.

no if you buy a 6 day pass and add the wayer park and more, you ger 6 days at the four parks AND 6 days at the water parks and more

You have to have a PH plan in order to get the WPM I think, so You should be good to go to all.
