Whats your Favorite thing / things about Thanksgiving ?

• My favorite thing is gathering with my family...I know it sounds corny, but it is true followed by the food..MMMM

•  My Favorite things about Thanksgiving are:

   

  Having dinner with the WHOLE family, We dont do that often. And I miss seeing them. And having fun sitting around talking and eating good home maid food.

  I love, Seeing my Niece's and Nephews running around playing with my kids. It reminds me of when I was young and I would run around with my cousins.

  I love taken Family pictures, and looking back on them year after year to see how much everyone has changed, Or how the kids have grown.

  I love starting my own Tradishions with my Kids, and my own little family. Its a blessing, and its something they will someday cary on to there own Children.

  I love the smell of the Turkey cooking, And all the other food, It always takes me back. And reminds me of when I was small, And used to watch the over to see when it was done all the way.

  And I love the fact that Thanksgiving is a Time when we are all supposed to be Thankful for all that we have, And all of those we love or know. Some times in are Busy lives we seem to remember those small things. And thats a time to reflect on it.

  Every year on Thanksgiving, In the moring. I ask my kids. To write down the Things they are the Most thankful for this year. And this year, I cant wait to see what they say. Since we are all Greatful to have a new place to call home, That we are not crammed into. That the kids have there Own rooms, AND im greatful to no longer share a room with my daughter. Its going to be a wonderful start, To the rest of this year and the Start of next year. I always keep what they write down and add it to the scrap book. Rob and I do the same.
