the challenge will be to measure your food portions. i am not worried about the calories. just the portions. i want to see how many people lose weight by just measuring there portions.
if we get enough people we will do a team challenege.
you will get 10 points a day for each day you measure everything.

OK, I'm a little confused....yes, I'm not the brightest crayon in the box! Are we supposed to measure everything we eat? Like say, a cup of cereal for breakfast and 6 oz of berries or whatever? Is that what we are doing? If so then I did it today! Do you need a list of what we ate and how much?
