Ok so Idk how to ask this with out it being confusing.... So here I go!
I know if a soldier gets married and cheats its kinds a big deal or something...... But what if the SO cheats, steals all his money and electronics then moves in the with other person and the divorce process has not started yet..... Can the soldier still not date? And does he still have to pay SO or is their a way to get it to where he don't have to pay Shit? Just looking for some answers please help
