advertisment on the net is the best in most cases besides word of mouth. Do a goggle search for free advertisment and you will find a couple of places to post your ads in your city. Hope this helps

I do personalized clipart. I only need a website where I can post samples and have people contact me, nothing fancy or expensive. The only free web hosting site I found was tripod. It was great until I tried to upload my images. Even though they were saved in jpeg the system wouldn't upload, so now I'm looking for a free web hosting site that actually works. Does anyone here know of any? Thanks.
