My kids were 1 and 2 this past December.  I was to take my daghter off of the bottle.  Do I have to take it away from son at the same time?  He's only 14 months.  They take nippies too!  Where do I begin?

You do not have to take it away from your younger child.  It might be more challenging but you don't have to.  My boys are 8 1/2 months apart.  When My oldest was 15 months, my youngest was about 6.5 months.  What I did was we took the bottle away cold turkey and he was attached to it.  When it was time to feed the baby we took baby in another room for the first week or so.  After that my oldest did not care if he saw the bottle.  The first couple days were tough and he didn't eat/drink much but after that he adjusted just fine.
