Potty Training the oldest HELP!

My oldest is beyond ready to be potty trained and now that I am ready, we have started! The only problem we have come to terms with is "ITS NO NICE, SISTER CAN WEAR DIAPER" How do you tell a newly 2 year old, that she is the big girl and that sister just isnt ready yet! Mind you my 13 month old, has a vast vocab for her age, I just know physically she isnt ready yet!

Any advice would be appreciated!!

This is the start of alot of that. lol I say jump in with both feet! even if u kinda "feel sorry for her" dont let her know it.lol She is the big sister and thats that. There were many pep talks about 'Sister wants to do what you do,so its your job to set a good example" We still have those talks. and there 4 and 5. And really the 4 year old takes more of the Big Sister roll I Think. But the whole 'Shes Looking up to you' thing really makes her proud, and careful what she does. sorry i went on and on :) But good luck with potty traing! Its really easey, just dont give into diapers! :)
