I just recently went ot the store and bought one of those new vibrating cleansers(clean and clear black head eraser) because i used a different make up and it made me break out really bad and my face wash wasnt enough...The box recommends using it 3-4 times a week, after using it the first time my skin immediately felt smoother and healthier. Ive now use dit twice(in conjunction with my usual face was, clean and clear deep action cream cleanser or something like that, and my skin already looks soooooo much better! I also use the deep action astringent.
I can tell you this using any product with those micr beads may actually aggravate your skin and make it worse sooo try to stick with creams or gels, whichever you prefer!

Hi Casie,
No it does not go away necessarily. There are things that you can do though that are not product related.
1. Decrease the amount of sugar in your diet and eat low glycaemic index foods and high protein foods. It has been shown that women who get adult acne have what is called insulin resistance. Basically we have too much sugar in our blood, and no that does not mean you are diabetic. I am 37 and still get the odd pimple every now and then. I have suffered from acne since I was 14. It is genetic though with persistent acne. Doing this one thing alone can reduce your acne by 50%.
2. Take 1gram of Vitamin B5. This vitamin regulates carbohydrate metabolism (sugar) and so makes sure that it is processed by your body. If you have insulin resistance it increases testoterone and that thickens your skin making you more brone to blackheads and acne. It also increases the amount of oil you produce.
3. Supplement with Evening Primrose Oil and Fish Oil. These contain Omega 3 and 6. These oils have been shown to inhibit an enzyme called 5a reductase. If you can inhibit 5a reductase you stop hormonal acne. Ideally you would be looking at products that can do this. You can peel all you like with glycolic and use all the antibacterials you like but it will not work on hormonal related acne.
4. Don't use products that cause acne. The majority of products on the market contain ingredients that cause acne. So you continuously use your moisturiser and it is giving you more pimples back. Napoleon Primer is a good example. It contains an ingredient that causes acne.
This phenomeonon annoys me so much that I am writing a book on every product I can get my hand on and reviewing their ingredients for acne promotion, pigmentation promotion and sensitivity.
If you have not guessed I am an expert on skin. I am a beauty therapist, registered nurse and product formulator of Eclogite Skin Care
www.eclogite.com.au .
If you would like I can send you some samples to try and see if that helps your skin. I have done this previously for people in the U.S. and they have purchased after the samples.
Either way if you have any questions or queries just email me. I am more than happy to help even if you don't purchase. I know what it is like to go what you are going through. I had cystic acne. I would also be selective about who you take advice from. There are a lot of misinformed people out there including beauty therapists. Unless people are continually updating their knowledge they may not have the right information.
Good luck

okay... well I have to agree with the lady above me.... About the Clear Skin Professional... I had been using pro active for two years. it stinks, its costly and it burned. It would clear some of my blemishes but my break outs were horrible when I was in between orders. I hated that I started it. It was being on Crack my face would go through withdrawls without. After a while I just said I am wasting money and stopped using. Okay so I just started selling Avon last month and saw this stuff so I said hey why not. I gotta do something cause when I am pregnant with boys my skin is the worst its oily and its dry. and it peels... I have been using Clearskin for three weeks and I am now comfortable without foundation on. I love it! it works it really works I have my niece using it my sister and my cousins. I say give it a try honey... I will even include some pics so you can see the difference of my skin. Its so much more smoother and even.
se the blotches and disclorations expecially under my lip and across my noss the pimple in between my eyes this was about three months ago. Okay now look at the secon pic. the mark in between my eyes is gone the ring around my nose is almost gone and my chin has lighten a little . All After three weeks...
Its worth it... its 29.99 right now but soon will be 34. its so worth it... Try it and let me know howe ever things goes for you. I hope you have the same results that I am having
