If you have any local island recipes you'd like to share from the Islands of Guam, Saipan and Rota...let's post and share them or if there's a particular recipe you're looking for, just post it on and I'm sure someone will be glad to get that recipe for you.

Anyway, to make it easier for those who don't know what type of meal it is, please identify your recipe either being an appetizer, dessert, main dish, etc....only if you know.
