Anyone have any good ideas for nausea?

I'm having the most terrible morning sickness that starts about noon until late evening. I just feel sick to my stomach and with the exception of 1 time I am not throwing up. I'd been drinking some ginger ale, but thats what I threw up the other day, so I haven't had it the last few days. I've been trying to eat small amounts of stuff but right now not much sounds good, esp not soda crackers. I've been brushing my teeth like 4 times aday (was told good dental hygenie helps), but I just feel yuck.

Its seriously at an incapcitating point, I don't want to move, cook, do anything! DH has been really good, but its starting to get to him. Cooking food makes me gag, so he's been cooking, but I menu plan but even sitting and reading the menu plan makes me sick! The doctor gave me pre-natals to try with extra doses of vitmain B that should help, but I haven't noticed a difference!

Anyone have any great remedies??

I hope since you posted this, you are over your nausea. But if not, I am in the same boat. I bought these Sea Bands that you can get at the store and they put a pressure point on each wrist and it helps. Sometimes it doesn't but my doctor suggested I try ginger capsels from the health food store and they are working wonders. I hope you feel better.

I found that lemon drops helped me tons through that stage of things.  I hate the taste of ginger, so that one was out for me.  I hope you both find things that work and the nausea stage passes quickly.

i had to keep ginger ale by the bed and drink it before my feet hit the floor

before going on bedrest i was a nurse so at work i constantly had "unpleasant" smells around so i kept ginger candy in my pocket

not the best tasting stuff but it works

Actually I am still having nausea and I had Sea Bands, but they quit helping long ago! I am on Zofran now, helps soooo much!

I used Ginger Ale until I threw it up a couple times...
