Gestational Diabetes

I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes
and my doctor is going to have me go see a
nutritionist. But I'm wondering if any of you
have struggled with this? Are you able to
maintain it very well? I'm just feeling nervous
and would like to know what to expect. Any input
is appreciated!

I don't have it, but have a few friends who did and were able to control it with diet and exercise :)
