fed up with neighbor and her kids

What are you to do when it is not your child that needs the discipline but your neighbors child. I mean my kids cannot even go out to play with their friends without this boy starting in on my middle son or the mom starting in on me for some lie he goes and tells her about my son or me. The boy has even tried to pull me down by my bag and even spit on me and then had the nerve to tell his mother that I grabbed his arm and pushed him on the way home from school the same day he grabbed me and spit on me. After his mom slammed me into the wall I got a protective order for her to stay 150 feet from me. Ever since she slammed me into the wall her husband has been taking pictures of me and everyone who comes and goes from my house. He told the police he was documenting how my kids interact with his kids, funny how my kids and his were not outside when he has taking pics of my family and friends and their cars. But the police believed him. He said he would stop. The day after I got my protective order she tried to get one on me and was denied The next morning after she was denied on my sons 11th birthday our front door was kicked in. Then that same day after 11pm I get a protective order served on me for her and her 2 kids. Everything she said I did on her protective order is a lie and I have people to beck me up on all of it. One day the police report will take care of. The other 2 days I was in and out of the school board, court house and police station. THis woman even called the police on Friday trying to say I had violated a ban from my sons school and the protective order she has on me when I never left my van which was across the street from the school and not on school grounds and she got to the school after we did. My husband was getting my kids attendence records for the week. My kids did not go to school all week last week after I found out they had banned me from the school because I could not be there to protect them from her kids and I knew after she got the protective order from me her kids would pick on mine worse than before. Her 7 yr old son even threw rocks at our van and left marks on it. Sorry so long but needed to vent. This has been going on for over 6 months now. I am about to lose my mind. I am even forbidden from my kids school so I can no longer protect him from this womans kids.

Warning this video has some pretty bad language in it. This is the woman who slammed me into a wall at the foot of our driveway with her husband and son. If you look closly you can see my kids bikes still in the front yard where they were forced to leave them when they started coming over to our house to yell at us for something her son did to mine and he goes and tells his mom it was me and my son and this is how she acts everytime and she wonders why I never go over and talk with her about what her son is doing. Because I don't even want to know what she would do to me if I was actually on her property trying to talk with her about her kids behavior. I have told her to let me know if my kids do anything to her kids at all and I will talk to my kids first and then deside what to do with them from there. But acting like that how am I to talk to her?
