Born Alive Infants Protection Act: The legislation defined any infant born alive as a "personā€¯ who deserves full legal protection.
Most of the time when an abortion is performed it leads to the death of the unborn baby, sometimes the baby survives the abortion attempt and many times the baby survives multiple attempts on the termination of their life! ( the abortionist calls this a failed abortion)
Many of these babies go on to be adopted and are able to live out the remainder of there life!
But some of these babies are set aside and allowed to starve and suffocate to death, this may take a few min but many times it takes hours and has been known to take up to 8 hours! The clinic staff is instructed to deny nourishment and proper medical attention which the premature babies in fact need!
After the death they are given a death sertificate which is required by law since they were fully Born prior to their death.
Please be aware of this practice and support the born alive infant act and erg your senators to support this as well!
