Oddly enuff for the last week I have had 5 grandmal seizures...the last one was lastnight. I woke up this morning feelin just fine and when i got back from takin my daughter to the bus stop my husband said that he was awfully surprised that i was moving so well. i looked him him like he was crazy and he told me i had one right after i fell asleep lastnight.  well i was non-stop all day long and now that the sun has gone down, i'm feelin it big time. Made my daughter a sandwhich and chips for dinner and let her have some computer time and made sure she had a shower and had her homework done and clothes picked out for tomorrow. now she is in bed...i am sooooooooo exhausted!!!  What can i do to stop these damn things? I mean I am takin my meds like I'm told...i don't know what to do.

I'm so sorry! :( It sounds like your treatment plan needs revisiting. Fairly often, we need to try several meds/doses before we get optimal results.

If you are still having seizures, then you are not on the correct medication/dosage of medication. I know it is hard to find a specialist without having insurance, but it is important  and necessary for your health and future.  Hang in there!
