Take a Vitamin E capsule and poke a hole in it with a sterile pin, apply to face, neck and eye area etc..

This is one of my favorites-it seems to exfoliate/turns the skin cells over on the areas that you put it on.

You will love it!

Enjoy~~~

Thanks!  This Texas air is getting really dry, between that and pregnancy I need something to moisturize.

make sure it is the purest form of vitamin E you can get and not the chemical one that is out there-

Hey there,
What do the ingredients on the back of the bottle say?
I prefer the capsules bc they are easier to carry with you-traveling etc..
