what is a good natural homemade recipe for removing eye make-up?
currently I use Noxema or just soap & water but I'd like something better and less harsh.

Sweet Almond Oil-
is an extremely absorbant oil thats not only a terrific all around moisturizer but calms the skin down fast after waxing or any other irritating event. At $4 a bottle, it;s your best health food store buy. Store it in the fridge

s is absolutely THE BEST way to get off makeup! it will even get off the toughest of liquid eyeliners.. plus it's non-comedogenic, which means it won't clog your pores, or cause a reaction. regular cleansers will take it off AND it's super gentle on your face! (you can also use vaseline).

Call me cheap, but I just use regular baby oil. I get it at the dollar store.
