Does anyone know if you can cut some of the bottom leaves off of squash, brocolli, or cauliflower without hurting the entire plant? I know you can tomatoes, but not sure of these others.

Depends on where you live if you should cut the cauliflower leaves. If you have to blanch your cauliflower, you will need the leaves. Depends on how close together your plants are as to trimming them. You should be able to re-direct your squash vines unless there is no room. Otherwise you should be able to cut half off with no problems. Trim the broccoli if necessary but not too close to the stem & roots. If it becomes a real problem, thin some of the plants. Make sure that you water them heavily after trimming. Sorry, I don't know how to help with the font.
