i have a squash in my green house. it has blooms every where. the squash starts to grow then for some reason just dies. also the flowers dont open compleatly. there are no bugs that get to it. so my question is; is it too hot in the green house for the squash ,could it not be getting pollinated or is it somthing eles. what is happening that is causing the squash to die onthe vine.
Sounds like you have a pollination problem. Since you are growing a green house, you need to hand pollinate your squash to get a good crop. And double check you don't have a pest problem, just because it's a greenhouse doesn't mean you can't have issues with insect pests. Check the web for info on how to hand pollinate your crops. It's not difficult, just a be tegious.
