Need a donation?
There are so many worthy causes that just need passionate people to donate money. If you know someone or have a cause that is important to you, please post it here.
Because people are already donating to the causes of their choice, please do not pm or spam people unless they express interest.
You must know that people do not usually donate because of scams and money is just plain hard to come by. My dh and I already donate to several charities that we are passionate about, so I will not personally be giving away any more money.
Good luck with your passion to raise money for your cause. I wish you the best of luck and success with raising lots and lots of money.
By the way, PLEASE NO SCAMS!!!!
Is your dh older than you, then join this group!

If anyone is looking to donate--My family could really use the help. My husband, Adam-35, was just recently dignosed with a malignment brain tumor on June 2, 2007. We are devastated---we are a young family--2 young boys 10 and 4. My husband was out of work for over 3 months. Our bills are huge, both medical and prescriptions. Our RX insurance company cancelled us --we met our cap with his first chemo medicine. We have to pay out of our pocket for every medicine. He needs a lot. With the cold coming, I am very concerned about our heating bills, we have a older home with oil heat.
I have 2 different ways you ladies can help out. We have a fund set out you can donate to--The Adam Schoenke Benefit Fund, and we also belong to a Brain Tumor Coalition group and My home based business it having a fundraiser for us. You can email me for more info. I sell Simply Fun games, and we will donate 20% of sales back to the group. Our games make great gifts and we have something for all ages. Our games promote family fun.

I know that we all want to help nonprofits succed in the mission to acheive their goals. I'm the President of the Pajama Progam in the Houston, TX area. We need pajamas and books to give to children in foster care and shelters. Our program is different and has helped lots of children sleep warm at night. If you are interested in helping out our program please email me at gravesfreda@msn.com or check out our website at www. pajamaprogram.org
If anyone is interested in donating, please let me know on my CAFEMOM profile and I will send you my e-mail address. I will also gladly send anyone a brochure on our organization.
I volunteer for Appalachian Horse and Rescue located in Linden, PA. http://www.ahhr911.iwarp.com
We are always in need of donations, right now we have 8 horses and figure it costs upwards from $1,000 a week just to feed them. They have other needs as well like veterinary care and the farrier comes in to trim their hooves. There's also operating expenses like electricity and water along with regular repairs and upkeep for the barn. We also need to clear some land to make an additional pasture as we will be losing some of our pasture land in the very near future. As you may know all of things cost money and any help you may be is ALWAYS greatly appreciated! Help us get the word out!
Thanks!

I've joined a team in fundraising for this years March of Dimes "Baby March"!
The money we raise helps fund research to find out why premature birth happens and what can be done to prevent it. Premature birth is the #1 cause of newborn death and the biggest threat to babies' health today.
If you could find a few extra dollars , please consider making a contribution (every penny counts!) to this cause, please click here!

i know i know, it's annoying when people are asking for money, but can you think of anything more important than the health of our babies? If you can't join us, please donate to our team from this page. It's fast, easy and secure.

The March of Dimes does help save babies, I know this firsthand.
The March of Dimes funded the research from1993-1996 that discovered the major benefits of administering nitric oxide (NOT Nitrous/laughing gas) to newborns with breathing problems. Nitric Oxide played a huge role in saving my 2 year old who was born with under-developed lungs at 30 weeks. His doctors told us that 10 years earlier they were burying babies like ours.
If so many people had not been donating to this cause for all these years so many babies would have died and would be continuing to die today. But there is still so much work to be done. Half a million babies are born premature in the US every year! The March of Dimes is also working to prevent birth defects. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in so many babies' lives. Every little bit helps.
I also have a team for the March for Babies. www.NickysTeam.com If you want to know more about the March of Dimes and are interested in helping to save babies I urge you to check out my website. Feel free to go back to Heather's page to donate. I am planning on making a lot of money for the March of Dimes this year with Bingo for Babies and Poker for Preemies Fundraisers. You are welcome to donate to my team if you like. Either way you will be saving babies and it doesn't get much better than that!

My son was accepted into a program called People to People Student Ambassadors. It's an educational trip to Europe during his summer vacation. He'll visit England, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Amsterdam. Only 40 students in the entire state of South Carolina were chosen to go. This is a huge accomplishment for my child who has battled with ADHD since kindergarten. It's a wonderful chance for him to spread his wings and be a part of something!
We're fundraising for the $6000 tuition. This link is for his fundraising site......he's selling magazines. The profit from his sales go directly to HIS tuition...not a group fund. The site allows you to place a new order or renew an existing subscription. Feel free to share this link with anyone you might know that would be interested in purchasing magazines!
The site is on a list of acceptable fundraisers by People to People...it's not something I just pulled blindly off the internet.

Millions of people are affected by cancer, either personally, someone they love, someone they know, or a stranger they encounter just once. We can ALL celebrate the survivors, remember those we've lost, and FIGHT BACK by donating to Relay for Life.
Below is the link to my team, Young Moms of Miami County. My moms group has created this group to take part this year, and to raise money for cancer (any and all forms). You can donate, or you can purchase a luminaria to remember a loved one who has lost the fight.
