HI,
I am now an expert on fundraisers.  My husband was just diagnosed with a malignment brain tumor.  I went door to door and raised money for the brain tumor coalition which helps the brain tumor families with medical bills. We did a Journey for Hope walk and raised over $125,000.  I also held a golf benefit for my husband at a golf course and we had a great day --we had bake sales, golf, games, and silent auctions. 

I am also a Simply Fun consultant on the side--and we sell games for all ages.  I have held 2 fundraisers for the brain tumor coalition group and a personal one from friends and family.  Our fundraisers are so unique in that everything is done online.  I set up a party page for your organization and 20% of the sales goes back to into the organization.  We have GREAT games for all ages, puzzles, and family packs.  There really is something for everyone.  All our games are original and educational and FUN!!!  Christmas is a great time to hold a fundraiser because our games make great gifts.  I have many schools and preschools doing them now--they are so fun and unique.  The parents, teachers, and students all love the games and are excited in giving something different as well as educational!

I am about to do a Thanksgiving Food box offer. I will be placing donation sites around my community at grocery stores (with permission) and flyers with lists of foods needed. Than we will later collect the food, put together food boxes and distribute them to those who signed up for assitance. :)
