you need 1 chop per person brown lightly on each side then cut 6 to 8 potatoes in eights add one head of cabbage cut in to eights and add about six to eight large carrots and do this in a electric skillet cover in tomato sauce and cook till all vegetables are tender as for temperature 325 for about an hour
