Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

This was delicious.  I made enough for my family and still had some leftovers.  It was a hit with my kids, my DF, my mother and my sister!!  I did have a couple of malfunctions (too big pan, wrong sized apple pie filling and frozen pork chops that would not unfreeze).  But, in the end, it turned out wonderfully!!!

Prep time: 10 min  Total time: 50 min  Makes 6 servings

Ingredient:

1 package (6 oz) of Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken

1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling

6 boneless pork loin chops ( 1 1/2 lb), 3/4 inch thick

How to make:

Heat oven to 375 degree

Prepare stuffing as directed on package.

Spread pie filling onto bottom of 13 X 9 inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with chops and stuffing.  Cover with foil.

Bake 40 mins or until chops are done (160 degrees), removing foil after 30 mins
