PORK CHOP CASSEROLE! I
made this tonight for dinner in the oven except for that I used a pork
loin and and not pork chops. I also sliced an apple and put it on top
of the pork loin and I added apple cider to the veggies and it was
absolutely delicious! It cost only $10 and we also had a box of cheesy
rice along with it and honey barbecue sauce to dip in not that you
needed it. All you have to do is mix all of the ingredients together
except the pork loin of course and put them in bottom of pan and then
lay pork loin on top and cover and bake for no more than 2hrs at 375.
All of the ingredients were on sale at my local supermarket so may cost
a little more but it feed me, so, and dd and still had half a pork loin
left and more than half pan of veggies! Enjoy!
6-8 loin pork chops (I used a 1lb pork loin)
Sweet Potatoes(2 medium sliced into chunks)
green pepper (i used a bag of frozen)
thyme( a couple sprinkles mixed into veggies, a couple on pork loin)
salt & pepper to taste(added to veggies & on top)
onion(i used a half of bad of frozen)
oregano(couple sprinkles mixed into veggies)
tomatoes(i used a 12oz can of diced)
