This is a plea for a very small, young

little fighter, is SAMANTHA SHAVILL.
Believe it or not, she is only 18 months old.
She was admitted to Cox South Hospital, here in Mo.
for constipation, and 24 hours later,
is life flighted 3 hours away, to the St. Louis, MO.
Children's Hospital; for a very large
MALIGNANT BRAIN TUMOR!  She is still
in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She
underwent an 11 hour Brain Operation on
October 10th. She is still a long way from
being counted out of the woods. She will
also be having a perm. shunt implanted into
her skull, as well as a port for her Chemo
treatments. She will be starting Chemo shortly.
Samantha has two other siblings still trying
to survive in their everyday lives, while their
mommy and daddy, are in St. Louis with her.
Please find it in your hearts, to
donate any amount you possibly can, to
help continue the stability of Samantha's
older sister, and brother. By doing so, you
will also be helping Samantha get stronger
and stronger, during her fight to stay alive.
Thank you so much, and God Bless you.

She underwent her second round of Chemo yesterday. She is immobile, but she is now home. The bad news is that the my whole family is so very ill, and the childrens hospital sent her home anyway. What she has is so rapid growth, that it goes directly to the worst stage, stage 4 cancer. She is far too young to survive Radiation, so she will go through Chemo to try to get her to the age of 3, so she can sustain radiation. If there is anything else that you would like to know, I would be more than happy to tell you. Thank you for caring. Take care, and have a great Tuesday.  Sincerely, Dodie
