Do any of you have some tips for the rest of us to rid ourselves of the stress that we incounter everyday? I try so hard to not let things bother me but they do. What do you do to relief that stress?

I don't know if this helps but I take a bubble bath and just veg out and try not to think about anything. Sometimes I read jokes or something interesting so I can escape my life for a little while.

write
draw
music
taking a shower
eat(pregnant at the moment will change later)
cleaning
I smoke also
going a walk...try to do it a lone but with the kids is good too
read
watch TV/ movies
crafts
Thats all I can think of right now.
