I always send Thank you notes and have taught the kids to list their gifts and send them every year.  It is important and makes the gift giver feel appreciated and more involved.  I also use pictures (usually on the front)  and now use Send Out Cards.  It makes it simple and already has my addresses in there and I can just hit send and all of them go out together and are mailed for me.  You can check it out:  http://www.sendperfectcards.com/  You can try it and send a free card to see what you think.

I try to put them in the Goody bags, otherwise, I'll never remember to send them out!

Love them, had my 5 kids start with them after each bd party as soon as they could even scribble

Mm I like the idea and all but theirs many times when I just forget to mail them in so what I do is just add a thank you note in the favors
