Hey Ladies, i think ive decided to go with a spa theme party for my daughters 8th birthday. I will have 7 girls all together. I was trying to find pictures of other people's spa parties to get ideas but cant find any. Do any of you have ideas for food and activities? It will also be a sleepover. Thanks!

Quoting earthangel1967:

spa mask cookies

you can even use store bought sugar cookie dough and shape the cookies by hand cutting shape with knife (use a posterboard pattern) and then poke holes in the edges for the ribbon later and then decorate

These are super cute!

Unique Invitations For Spa Birthday Party

In order to let your guests know about the birthday party theme, create some unique invitations. Create some birthday invitations in the shape of facial masks or bathrobes. You can also make use of fluffy towel cloth on the cards for making them authentic. Mention the details about the party and invite all your guests to a spa birthday party

Décor For The Spa Party

The most important part of a Spa birthday party is to create the ambience of a spa at home. For this, you need to create separate treatment areas. Place comfortable chairs, sofas and spa beds for the guests. Allow your daughter and her friends to enjoy the spa treatments at this area. Create the perfectly soothing ambience of a spa with mood lights, dim lighting and aromatic candles.

You can also place some rolled towels and flower pots for creating the perfect spa atmosphere. Also keep baskets containing make-up items and ingredients for facials, pedicures, manicures and other beauty treatments. A soft music can also play at the background

For the candles I would get scented candles in scents girls would like (dessert or fruity or vanilla scents)

Offer Tasty Food For The Party

The spa birthday party must be complemented with some tasty and delicious food. Offer your guests yummy appetizers and finger foods. Serve healthy treats consisting of fruit salads and kebabs, strawberries dipped in chocolate, hummus, fruits with yogurt dips and chocolate fondue, veggie platters, mini sandwiches, cheesy treats, fruit smoothies, shakes and lemonades.

Or even better than fruit kabobs if you can afford to or have time do or buy an edible arrangement bouquet

here is a link where you can order all sorts of edible arrangements (small to large)
