We always bake them. It gets very messy but the outcome out weighs the mess. They are very yummy and always a big hit.

I use to but I haven't in a long time.  I have a big pumpkin I got from Aldi for  $2.00 so I am going cook the pumpkin seed this year.   I have heard people use different spices on them.

i roast them every year...1 of my hubby's faves....it's messy but ~ yummy :)
