Lately I have been singing this song I heard to help him learn his body parts.  It goes:

This one hand, plus one hand,

Ready Steady my two hands are ready...

To clap along and clap along and clap along together

clap along and clap along and clap along together

This one foot, plus one foot,

Ready Steady my two feet are ready

My two hands are ready...

To clap along and clap along and clap along together

clap along and clap along and clap along together

And we just keep adding body parts into the song, and each time you say a body part, you point at it.  It is actually starting to help.  He loves to clap along, and his favorite body part to point at is his ears.
