Sinus pain

A few weeks ago I was sick for a day with a fever, tiredness, upset stomach.  A few days later I started having problems with an ear ache and sinus pain on my right side.  It even made the right side of my throat sore.  I just started taking Propolis a few days ago and vitamin C.  Anyone else have any suggestions?

Many blessings,

Susan

Oscillococcinum helps you to get a cold or the flu really fast. I take it at the first sign and I normally feel better by the next day! It comes with these little vials of white pellets that taste like sugar. You take one vial every 6 hours. It can be purchased at Walgreens, CVS, and some Walmarts.

For ear infections, I like to take Kali Mur and use ear candles or garlic infused olive oil (sometimes both).

Chickweed works for sinuses. I make a tea, but my BIL uses it as a nasal wash with his neti pot.

Here are 2 pics to help you ID it, or you might be able to find it at an herb store.
