I have recently reduced my carbs and cut out sugar along with taking a dose of Diflucan for Candida. I am wondering if anyone out there knows is it possible that menstrual cramps without a period would be a symptom of the die off. I also have reason to suspect a pregnancy. The other crazy factor here is the menstrual cramps occured prior to when I am supposed to start (not for 10 more days). I can't test yet because it is way to early. I am feeling kind of crazy here. Anyone with some possible answers would be great. Thanks!
I have cramps every single day, so I have no idea if yours could be from yeast die off. Sorry!
If you don't mind me asking, why do you cramp every day? Is this from pregnancy?

I have PCOS and endometriosis. I have had cramps every single day since I was 15, and I'm 28 now, except for when I was nursing.
I see now. I know a few people in my family with these problems. Nursing, yep is pretty good for such things (cramps, pain).
