The fam is sick... im next, i can feel it!

I constantly wash clothes and disinfect every surface. (im not crazy or anything, its in the realm of normal cleanliness) but i do this bc i cant stand the thought my toddler being sick, or me for that matter. Yesterday the man came home feeling cruddy. This morning he felt like he was gonna fall over. And tonight came home shivering and emmiting insane heat from his body. Its june and we live in texas.. Hes got the biggest comforter in the house and refused to even take off his work clothes for fear of freezing. And no.. He wont take off work or any kind of medicine. I gave him some echinatia i just happened to have started growing and i just finished making enough chicken soup for an army... But what about me?!? Any advice on how to not get this at this point?
