help stinky butts and terrible rash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

eww. i started cloth diapering and my babys butts smell nasty and my youngest got a terrible rash. whats going on? what am i doing wrong? i use cloth wipes also and i use a homemade wipe solusion in a spray bottle i made with baby shampoo, olive oil, and water, is there a better wipe solusion you girls use? help butts stinky and all blistered
