Hi there!

I've just recently learned a lot about the science of conceiving a girl. So someone correct me if I'm wrong on anything! I think the best thing for you to do right now is to buy some ph strips on amazon, lydia pinkhams supplements, and calcium and magnesium supplements. Start taking those and start monitoring your ph levels to find the opportune time to conceive a girl. Another girl told me you want your level to be between 4 and 4.5 for trying to conceive a girl and you can adjust your supplements accordingly. Also, I've read it's really important to find the day you ovulate and try and have sex 3-5 days before and no sooner because female sperm (x sperm) live longer than male sperm (y sperm) so if when you ovulate you should only have female sperm still living.

Good luck! We're TTC a little girl next month! We have 2 boys! :)

The best advice I can give is to make sure you start taking prenatal vitamins now. You ideally want to be on them for 3 months before conceiving to build up the folic acid in your body.

I suggest you track your cycles of either medhelp.com or fertility friend or femilia.com.  Using CM and temperature charting you'll start to notice a pattern of when you're ovulating (if you have a regular cycle length, that'll be easier).  You'll notice you ovulated when you see a temperature hike (after a big temperature dip).  If you google CM and BBT patterns you'll start noticing the order they appear in, in relations to you.  I hope that helps.
