I just got some, I think i'm just gonna try using Rephresh as lube and then cut off and hope for the best.
Just wondering if anyone had used it and successfully conceived a girl?
On the rephresh website it says that it changes the ph level to what is considered a healthy level, which also is in the acceptable range for ttc'ing a girl. Other women seem to think that it sways on the boy side. I tried ttc for a girl, but have blue again. I don't think I used the Rephresh long enough and did not have any ph test strips when we dtd. Had I known what my ph level was, I would have waited longer than I did. If you do use rephresh, make sure you use it every 2 days or so for at least 5-6 weeks. Sounds kind of costly, but if we do manage to ttc pink again, we will be doing it the medical route.
Of course I love both our little men, and our youngest has had some rather unpleasant experiences health-wise in his short life, which makes me feel for him all the more.

I hope so! Well I didn't plan things accordingly, I just started using the RePhresh 2 days ago but its right in my fertile window and should keep ph down through O. I just havn't checked the ph or done any of that. I'm not 100% into swaying, so i'm hoping this little attempt will help. lol my dh thinks i'm crazy.
Yeah, I havn't tested...I'm not sure where to get the ph strips and whatnot...and now tomorrow is O day, so I think i'm gonna give up on that one. lol
Quoting ajzuell:
I did read somewhere that Replens the PH is lower. I think i might go with that one. But then i saw either Rephresh or Replens COULD make your PH go up, so it's best to test your PH to see if it helps or not.
