I have a longhaired male doxie that is almost 9 years old that needs a good home. We have 3 year old twin boys and 1 of them has Aspergers and the dog can't handle the boys anymore, they are too rambunctious for him. He has snapped several times abut never broke skin, however I will not take chances with my kids. I live in central Illinois so if you know of anyone without young kids looking for a doxie please let me know.

Google for a doxie rescue in your area....I'm sure they could or would find him another home.

Oh, I wish that I could take him! I have 4 older doxies though, and can't handle anymore dogs! I wish you lots of luck finding him a good home! :)
