I know that it's hard to lose weight when you are the only one in your family into it. This group is for everyone who wants a little extra moral or emotional support. In this group you'll be able to find someone to buddy up with to make eating right and working out that much easier for you plus it makes it more personal. Share tips, advice, recipes anything you think will help others succeed at what they are trying to do. So come on in and start being healthy with a new friend.
