OMG.. I gained 10 lbs BEFORE the holiday even started. It's coming off and here is what I am doing!

I figure if I share my diet and work out with the world it will keep me motivated and on track.
I have two kids and working out around their scheduals presents challenges, but I have truly mastered this and have made it doable, I just need to do it!
I do leg lifts and squats while I fold laundry and load the dishwasher and push ups at the kitchen sink every time I dump a dirty dish in it.
Any tips or feedback from my fellow mommies is appreciated and welcomed. If something works for you , share with me and I will post this on my site.
