The cLEANmommaâ„¢ Program

If it's after 8:00 pm and you are fighting the impulse to shove crap in your mouth before you hit the sack, then I suggest you treat yourself to 1/2 a teaspoon of peanut butter on a few apple slices. It will stop the craving.
ps. Throw in 15 squats while you shmeer your peanut butter! (Remember to engage your tummy muscles while squating and shmeering.) Do it! or don't.....
