I have asthma so it is hard for me to do fast pace exercises, but i am desperately trying to loose weigh. what are the best thigh and ab workouts that you girls know of without exerting myself too much. I tend to get light headed and out of breathe easily. I want to loose weight but hard to find something that works!! Thanks for any ideas!!!
Martial Arts class like Kung Fu or Shao-Lin Kempo classes even Yoga classes will help you with working your abs and thighs. These types of classes will help you with your breathing, and over time your lungs will get stronger, and you won't have to use your inhaler and other Asthma medications. I have two boys that have Asthma and they are taking Shao-Lin Kempo classes, and my boys after taking classes for the last seven months don't have to use their Asthma medications nor their emergency inhalers anymore. Their abs and thigh muscles are getting stronger and my 12-year-old lost most of his baby fat. I hope this helps you. Good luck on your weight loss and exercises.

Thanks that sounds like a great idea!!! I have always wanted to do something for myself but never had the time!! maybe I will give this a try!!!
