Im new to this group so first I would like to say hello to everyone. I've been reading some of your posts and you guys all seem like such a nice and supportive group.
Well, I had my son over two years ago and still havent found my pre-pregnancy body. Its so hard staying motivated when I'm just not seeing the results I want. And to top it all off, all my friends who have kids were back in their bikinis less than a month after delivering!!
I'm just wondering what keeps you guys going? What kinds of work outs do you do?? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
