 My name is Jennifer, I am 27 yrs old with a 1yr old daughter, Tayla. I am wanting to lost about 50 lbs and build and tone my body. It doesn't need to be perfect, but something that I can look at. It doesn't help when my husband doesn't want to lost weight or work out with me. That's why I am here. I am looking for someone who would like to be a fitness buddy with me, and when I say that I mean to talk to daily, either by e-mail, cafemom messages or aim, and discuss what I did that day. I need someone to help keep me motivated and I want to do the same to help someone else. I mean what are friends for, right?

O.K. It looks to be you and me for now!
I do not have a scale but I know I have around 40-50 lbs to loose.
I think I am going to post inches as well just to see it might help.
I had a hysterectomy 5 wks ago so I am going to start of slow I think maybe not though I feel great .
I am up for talking everyday and I need to do this my husband is totally hot built!

I too have about 50 pounds to lose. I am about to turn 40 and I spent my 30s being overweight. No more! I work full-time so I can only check CafeMom at night but I definitely would like to check in with others to report my progress, plan etc. and I hope keep me honest. Rightnow it seems like we are a smal group and I am wondering if we should touch base on adaily basis and start off by first sharing what we are thinking to do in order to lose the weight. What do you think?
