 I figured it would be best to have an introduction. I see we are having more people join us everyday, and it's good to keep the group as personable as possible. Hello everyone, my name is Angela and i am 21 and i had my kids back to back, but now that they are born i am having a hard time losing it and finding the time.i want to lose 70 pounds, and i hope to lose a noticeable amount before sept, my best friend is getting married and i am in the wedding.i haven't seen any of my family sense i had my last child, and i want to look good when i see them again.

Hello my name is Jami and I'm trying to lose about 15-20 pounds. I've lost alot off weight since my daughter was born around 45 pounds I'm lower than my pre-pregnancy weight but my stomeach is still huge I need help.

Hello. My name is Mandy. I am 29 with 5 children, (2 step and 3 biological). I am already lean I just want to learn to eat healthy and develop a regular exercise routine (I still have a little bit of a baby belly).  Hopefully by accomplishing this I will acquire more energy and just generally feel better. So, I am grateful for any advice. Thanks.

Hi, My name is Rhonda and I would like to lose about 100lbs. I have three children that I need to keep up with. Since I've injured myself in November 2005 I haven't been successful on my weight loss instead of loosing I've been gaining.
