Good morning ladies,

 I figured it would be best to have an introduction. I see we are having more people join us everyday, and it's good to keep the group as personable as possible. So tell us your name and why your here, and what you looking to accomplish. This group is all about helping each other to get to your goals, so let us know what those are.

  • Hello My name is Tara I have 3 children and my youngest is almost 3 and I'm still trying to lose weight. I had a c-section and of course the belly is my trouble area. If there any suggestions to losing that belly would be so appreciated. I've been watching what I eat and I only drink water. I'm losing the the weight every where else. Please Help!!!!!

I joined my local Y (since it was the cheapest that also provided childcare) and I am trying hard to go Mon-Fri, but it just seems like so many reasons pop up for me to just not go that day...

  • Hi all.   My name is Jennifer I'm 32 ,married and have 3 kids . 13 yr. old boy 3 yr old girl and 16 month old girl.  I think I'm still trying to lose the weight from my son (yeah , I know he's 13) anyways...I would like to lose about 75 pnds (currently 225)  I cant really afford the gym besides my husband travels and no-one to watch the kids......sounds like excuses !!!! I love to  walk but NOT alone.  I used to enjoy exercising even at home with dvds, but now I have no energy to.  You would think I'd be skinny as a rail chasing kids all day...but no such luck.  So if anyone can help or just encourage.....THANKS in advance  Wink
