Good morning ladies,

 I figured it would be best to have an introduction. I see we are having more people join us everyday, and it's good to keep the group as personable as possible. So tell us your name and why your here, and what you looking to accomplish. This group is all about helping each other to get to your goals, so let us know what those are.

  • Hello, I'm Amanda! I am a stay at home mom to my daughters ages 2 months and 3 years. I had great success with weight watchers and lost 45 pounds just before I got pregnant with my youngest so I am turning to that program again in hopes of reaching my goal of dropping 50 pounds by the end of the year.

  • Hello My name is Rachel and I have started dieting agian. I was at 280 lbs and lost 42 lbs in a year. I fell off the wagon. I am going to need support. I am in a weight lost challenge at work and I really want to win not for the money but for me My goal is to lose another 50 lbs by Aug 10th. Started Monday I'll let you know next monday how much I have lost!!

  • Hi everyone.  I'm Jackie.  Just found this site and hoping it will motivate me a bit.  I'm right at 150 lbs.  My husband is somewhere over 200 and needs to lose a good 50 lbs or more.  We were so active in college with hiking and things like that.  Now he sits in front of a computer all the time and has gotten so inactive.  Instead of me being a good influence on him, it's kind of the other way around.  We have 2 sm. boys, ages 4 and 2.  I stay busy with them but it is hard to find time to exercise.  I did join Curves but got out of the habit of going in Feb. when it was so cold and it just gets easier to find excuses not to go.  I would love to lose at least a good 10 lbs but more than that, just get toned up and feel more in shape.  Maybe this site will work for me and help me to get motivated.

  • Hi ladies!!  I'm Mary.  Looking for workout buddy/buddies to help push me along the way.  I like to workout especially strength training, but since having my baby I haven't done it in such a long time.  I've been trying but it's just boring to do it alone.  I'm from Macomb, Mi.  I would like to lose at least 5-10 lbs and really tone up my body.  Thanks and hoping to get to know everyone.

  • Hi my name is Theresa I use to weigh 120 before I had my 3 kids. Being in an abusive relationship for more than 10 years I gain lots of weight my max weight was over 230. I lost about 50 lbs but have kinda hit a point. I am now about 170 but I want to get down to at-least 130. Is anyone here from Greensboro, who might want a workout buddy! I hate doing things alone. Having someone to lose weight with seems to motivate me more! Send me a message if you are in my area!

  • Hello My name is Lorie. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. About 5 years ago I used the depo shot for birth control and gained like 50 pounds over night and then I had two kids only 21 months apart. I can't get this weight off and I am sick of it. I don't want to be super thin but right now I am ashamed to say it but I weight 195 pounds and I am up to a tight 14 I am tired of being fat. I am so sick of it. I want get down to 150 pounds a size 10 confortable. There I said it seeing the truth and writting it down so everyone can see it might help me get where I want to be.  Anyone interested in being my diet buddy please let me no.

  • Hi, my name is Adele. I live in northeastern Pennsylvania. I just gave birth to my first child, a daughter, on 2/13/07. I gained a little more weight than I would have liked to (on top of the weight I was trying to lose before I conceived)... I just got the okay to start working out again from my doctor. I am breastfeeding, though despite what everyone says, it is NOT helping me lose the pregnancy pounds! I am wanting to lose about 20 pounds... If I can lose 10 by the summer I will be happy. :-) I never had issue with weight before, so this is my real first attempt at "dieting" and want it to be successful - so I'll call it a "lifestyle change" instead of a "diet" as I want to lose and keep it off!
