Is it ok to hit the gym (or do something else for work out #2) twice a day?
In hs I took gym and first semester I had swim team. (I graduated in 06) I have a bet with my brother to go from a size 15 (originally 17) to a 9 by the time he gets home mid August.
Would it be bad to push myself like this? Im pretty sure I can do it.
I'm trying to lose baby weight from my 3 yr old and almost 6 month old.
As long as you are healthy about it and don't overdo it. Just be careful you don't burn out. I think it can be healthy to work out twice, I work out in the morning and try to stay active at night.
