Today we live completely in a polluted environment. Various types of diseases always grasp our body. So we lead a tension life. But if we containing a peaceful life then healthy body is highly important. Healthy body gives a bright future. Without better health wealth is just disgusting to all of us. Green fresh vegetables, fruits are highly beneficial for building a healthy body. Every day that I workout first thing in the morning I am more alert and awake.  My day just goes better and I can think more clearly.

What do you ladies do for workouts?

I would love, love, love to get up early and walk a mile or two on the treadmill before the babies wake up, but bedtime comes late for me. I try to workout after kids go to bed, sometimes I'll walk at 2 in the morning, its my only chance.
