Sonic Secret Rings...... PLEASE HELP!

My son has managed to turn my game "Sonic & the Secret Rings" to Japanese.  I CAN NOT even read what each screen says.  Can someone PLEASE walk me through from the beginning screen on WHAT things I click on in order to turn the game back to ENGLISH???  Remember, I can't read ANYTHING!  So, you will need to say (for example)  Click on bottom right words to get to options, On the next screen, scroll down 3 times........  blah blah blah... get it?  If you can help me, I'd appreciate it SOOOOOO much!  Thanks!

I don't have that game but I do know some basic Japanese. Look for this

オプション (which means option) and then select

English or えいご
