Batting Coach

Hey, my daughter is 7 years old... will be 8 this summer. This is her first year with fastpitch (machine pitch) and I am thinking of getting her a batting coach. My husband and I try  and her stance is perfect and her swing is powerful but she psychs herself out! She gets so conscious about it that she doesn't just watch the ball. We had a scrimmage the other evening and afterwards the coaches offered to stay later with the machine to let the girls get more practice. Well, Leah was SOOOOO determined that she was the last one still on the field. She finally hit a really good one but I feel bad that she's so frustrated with it. I'm taking her to the batting cages this weekend but I was wondering if anyone has used a batting coach and if yall think it's a good idea? THANKS!!!!!
